How to process my license amendment?

To begin the process, you will be required to submit a license amendment application, along with all the required documents. In some cases, approval from the authority will also be required.

Once you have received the approval from the authority and made the appropriate payment, your license is amended successfully.

Documents required:

  • Amendment application; in some cases, this can be done during the renewal date.
  • Memorandum of Association stating the changes required.
  • Board resolution stating the changes required and signed by all the shareholders.

Note: Some jurisdictions may require additional documentation.
