Visa by Investment in a Start-up Company

1. Trade License copy

Visa by Investment in a Residential Property

1. For a 3-year visa

2. For a 5-year
A minimum property value of AED 2 million is required.
If the property is a mortgage, the applicant must pay the bank at least AED 2 million worth of property value. NOC letter and paid amount letter is required
3. If owned and shared by husband and wife, an attested marriage certificate is required.
4. An electronic copy of the title deed certificate.
5. Scanned passport copy; should be current and valid for at least 6 months.
6. Passport-size photograph with white background.
7. Valid Health Insurance.
8. Original Emirates ID.

The Authority may request additional documents if necessary.

Company Documents

1. Trade License copy
2. Immigration Card copy

Employee Documents

1. Scanned passport copy; should be current and valid for at least 6 months
2. Passport size photograph with white background
3. Visa cancellation copy (if applicable)
4. Emirates ID copy (if applicable)
5. Duly filled visa application form
6. Attested Degree (for selected job designation)

Sponsor

• 1Should have a valid UAE residence visa
• 2Should be inside the UAE
• 3Should have a minimum salary of AED 3,500 plus accommodation

Applicant

• 1Should have proof of marriage/relationship to the sponsor
• 2Should be 18 years old, unmarried, divorced or widowed if sponsoring a daughter
• 3Should be below 18 years old if sponsoring a son
• 4Should not have any criminal records
• 5Should be medically fit and pass the medical exam

Sponsoring a Spouse

1. Duly filled visa application form
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Original passport and copy of the sponsor and the spouse
4. Tenancy contract of the sponsor
5. Emirates ID of the sponsor
6. Labour contract or labour card of the sponsor
7. (3) Passport size photos of the spouse

Sponsoring a Parent/s

1. In the absence of (1) parent, a death or divorce certificate is required
2. Dependency certificate stating that the sponsor is responsible for taking care of the parent/s well-being. Must be translated into Arabic
3. Tenancy contract with a minimum of (2) bedrooms
4. Sponsor’s salary certificate with a minimum of AED 20,000 monthly
5. Emirates ID of the sponsor
6. Passport and visa page copy of the sponsor
7. If investor or partner visa holder, a company/personal statements from the last 6 months, Trade License copy and MOA are required
8. Labour contract
9. Tenancy contract or Ejari
10. Electricity bill if the house is owned by the sponsor
11. Scanned passport copie/s of the parent/s; must be valid for at least 6 months
12. Passport size photo of the parent/s
13. Visa copy of the parent/s
14. National ID if from Pakistan, Afghanistan, or Iraq
15. Sponsor’s bank account statement and IBAN number

Sponsoring a Child

1. Duly filled visa application form
2. Marriage certificate
3. Original passport and copy of the sponsor and the child/ren
4. Tenancy contract of the sponsor
5. Emirates ID of the sponsor
6. Labour contract or labour card of the sponsor
7. (3) Passport size photos of the child/ren
8. If sponsoring a daughter who is more than 18 years old, an unmarried letter translated into Arabic is required
9. If sponsoring a son who is more than 18 years old, a NOC stating that the son is still in college is required

Sponsoring a Newborn

1. Sponsor’s original Emirates ID
2. Sponsor’s passport and residence visa page; must be valid for at least 6 months
3. Tenancy contract or Ejari
4. If investor or partner visa holder, a company/personal statements from the last 6 months, Trade License copy and MOA are required
5. If the sponsor is an employee visa holder, a salary certificate is required
6. Labour contract or labour card
7. Electricity bill if the house is owned by the sponsor
8. Child’s original passport
9. Child’s passport size photo
10. Child’s birth certificate
11. Scanned copy of mother’s passport and residence visa
12. If the sponsor is the Mother, a NOC letter signed by the Father is required
13. Health insurance certificate or card
14. Sponsor’s Account IBAN number
